Year in review 2021

An eventful year has passed and the pandemic has also had a great impact on equestrian sports!
Nevertheless, much has happened that should be reported.
In late summer, the mare Evita, who was successfully shown in tests for young dressage horses, was sold to Wibke and Bernhard Bauer in Schönstadt/Hessen. The former employers and current friends of Dominic-Nathanael Erhart operate horse husbandry on an old manor dating back to the 17th century. Wibke Bauer used to ride successfully up to Grand Prix herself and now continues to train Evita. "Since I was employed as a rider by the Bauer couple almost 30 years ago, I know how good Evita will be! It is hard to imagine a more species-appropriate horse husbandry. I am very happy for Evita and Wibke".
In October, the newly licensed Holstein stallion Cleverness by Clarksville Holst. m. by Krack C KWPN, owned by Gabriele Block/Rosengarten, moved to Daerstorf for training.
"I am really happy about this chestnut stallion! He has everything a dressage horse needs: type, character and three very good basic gaits! The Block family has had many horses under my care and we have been working together for over twelve years. I am very curious about the further development of this talented stallion and I will now start to ride him."
Despite the pandemic, few shows took place. Mostly under strict Corona rules, with no spectators and no sponsors. Nevertheless, Dominic-Nathanael Erhart and his two apprentices rode successfully. Both Sophia Hengelsberg and Johanna Steinbruch achieved victories and placings in classes A, L & M. Trainer Dominic-Nathanael Erhart presented among others Fiorello and Fritz successfully up to M**. Sunshine was also part of the team this year and placed in S* dressage.
